The new Liberation Station is wheelchair friendly with disabled toilets and some buses adapted to take wheelchairs.

DISABLED TOILET KEYS
Radar keys are available from St Helier Town Hall with a map of facilities. £5 refundable deposit.
The Jersey Library in Halkett Place has a large selection of books, large print books, audio books, music cassettes and CDs.
Automatic entrance doors and wide aisles. Lift to first floor. Disabled toilets and for those with special passes there are three reserved parking spaces outside the main entrance. Library membership is free but you must have a permanent address and be able to show proof of it. People new to the island must have a reference from a rate payer or library member. Up to six items can be borrowed from the Halkett Place Branch or four from Les Quennevais Branch.
There is also a mobile library which travels around the Island.
Highlands College Adult Education
The Adult Education programme aims to offer as broad a range of learning opportunities for adults as possible. Courses are mostly non-vocational across a wide variety of subject areas including art, craft, dance, health and lifestyle, general interest, cookery, languages, navigation, sport and fitness and IT. There is also a vocational programme of GCSEs and AS levels, as well as a number of certificated courses in IT and navigation.
